looked like the lead might change, but Mike held on for the win. The Experts thought the new track was terrific. The l25cc Novice class was a big one. Steve Nauman was the jet as he won both motos with no push from anyone. Bill Moseman had to ride his Yamaha hard to hold onto second. Vet Expert Peter Dill was the guy to beat today. "Dubin' Dill" almost took out the new score booth to make a pass and win the second moto, giving him the overall. Steve Arena, from Rancho Cordova Suzuki, was the big winner in Open Expert. He dueled with Jon Nauman and fmally passed Nauman for the first place. This was the first time Steve had raced at Sand Hill.
