During the awards presentation, AMA Executive Director Lin Kuchler an· nounced his retirement, effective Janu· ary I, 1982. Succeeding him in the post will be Ed Youngblood, currently Assistant Executive Director. Youngblood,. who only a few months ago was promoted from his position as Government Relations Director, served as General Manager of the AMA during the mid·'70s.
