I would like to let anyone interested in starting Odyssey racing know that they should contact Mr. John Fowler of the Odflley Racing Club of America. He spent considerable time helping us get our classes worked up for the Spring Nationals and we certainly do appreciate his help. O.R.C.A. should be very instrumental in forwarding the sport of ATV racing. I would also like to thank Mr. Carl Buchanan of Cha!len~r Products for taking the time out of his busy schedule to send us the information on O.R.C.A. and for the suggestions he made towarIi the cIa.s. An -too often manufacturers will not take the time to help out unless they are in line for direct benefta. ATV racing will certainly be with us for a long time as long as there are people like John and Carl involved. A very sincere .thanks to both of you and to Cycle News for starting the ATV News from all of us at the National Dirt Track Association. RON DEE Orlando, FL ATVa growing I have just finished . through ATV News for about ~OOth time and decided to let you know what I think. My employer, General Implement Distributing, used to be the Kawasaki distributor before Kawasaki went direct to the dealer. We are presendy selling motorcycle accessories in eight western states. We are the Posa ATe distributor as well. We see a growing demand for ATC paTtI and accessories. I own two Honda ATC 110s. My wife's is stock except for a PK exhaust . pipe and POSA seat cover. My 110 has a PK 120 piston. Bassani pipe and lOme trick timing modifications from Helm &. Sons. It also has a PK six pack rack, Helm &. Son's off-road pegs and a POSA seat cover. Four families we hang around with have three wheelers. all Hondas, from 70s up to 185s. There are 16 bikes in OUT crew with a few more coming lOOn. We use them for pleasure all year around. Only one person races. There isn't much in that department going on up here. MOlIt of us subscribe to 5 Wheeler. We would welcome more on the three wheel scene..1 have had your ATV News for four days and it looks like it is a year old. Everybody has devoured it! We would like to see more shope stocking the common aftermarket pieces like pipes, tires, cooler racks, etc. Now we have to mail order everything. Perhaps more exposure to three wheels in publications such as yours will help get things going. I'm looking forward to your next illue. ERIK JENSEN General Implement Distributors Salt Lake City. UT
