Well, an ammendment to the bill sponsored by Senator Robert Kasten which would have exempted motorcycles from the lifting of the EPA blanket along with trains and heavy trucks, was defeated by the U.S. Senate, 55-40. Kasten's ammendment would have made SB1204 identical to H85071, the House vernon of the bill that does exempt motorcycles.
