Yamaha and Kawasaki chose the 6th Annual NMA Grand National Championship event at Ponca City, OK, to reveal several of their 1982 motocross
models. IAbove) Big news for 100cc class riders will be Yemaha's YZ100
which features Link 5 rear suspension and Yamaha's stadium-style seat. It's
aircooled, but lright) Yamaha's YZSO will be watercooled in '82 with a well
integrated numberplate/rsdiator unit. The YZSO retains Monocross

Kawasaki's new KX125 also features a front wheel disc which reponedly
works well even in mud. The KX125 is watarcooled for '82 with the radiator
and air scoop located on one side of the bike only.
