Mini rounds were the best yet with Troy Blake out of Arizona and Sam Storer of Santa Ana showing the best of the North lands tbe way to the trophy desk. Robby Pascarella may well be on his way to one of the four Pro-Trac trailers that Jim Moore will give out at the end of the series as he rode to yet another 50ee win for Pee W~ riders. Taking second was Seth Young over Pat Healey. Mouse McCoy didn't have any real competition in the 60cc Expen class, that is no other Expert riders, but it was Tim Prichard taking the overall and Intermediate class while ftnt Novice in was Obie Leff on the Karl's Moton Yamaha. Mike Pascarella kept it in the family taking second over Scott Takacs and Taylor Manin. What with names lilr.e "Mouse" in theK da8es. how about a "Wild Willie?" Well it was Wild Willie the winner over the MoUle in the Mini Stock 9-11 cbsification. Sam Storer and Troy Blalte are both IO-year-01dl that are fast going on 20 and about SOmph to boot. In the Mini Stock 12-16 cra. for Expens, they swapped it around in both motOi to the delight of all those watching with Storer taking 2-1 and overall, a reverse to Blalte. ID the rubber match of Modified racing, Blake took the whole obooriUC match for Yamaha and Storer was right behing for Team Kawuaki. TJIOD Vohland had third overall to Bruce Bunch in the Modificdw. 1D the Stoelt c1_, it was IJ-year-old jobner Kight from Las Vepa in third over Bunch on a Suzulti and VohIaud. The tint l!5Oa: IDtermediate division was a real thriller right down to the c:bcckrred with loa of beikiki4g going 00. Mark Hawonh won it on the Gilroy Spoitl Center Yamaha with a laa ditch hunt and mum on John Mazmlane in the final moto. Steve Gilhen WOD the tint round, but crubed out of coDtention in round two while Mike Muldoon had the first roaud aecond and a poor stan to finish IIeCOnd on the Lillie/Cahon special. Haworth took the overall with a 6-1 COUDt while Dave Anderson rode the Auaheim Hualty to third with· a 4-4 COUDt.
