Riding a modified Honda RC450R, Wise kicked sand in the faces of the world's finest riders to take the title of Superbiker for 1980. And Honda pilot Andre Malherbe finished his Open Class motocross World Championship season by finishing just one second back on his Pro-Linkā„¢ rear suspension RC450R. Their outstanding finishes combined with strong showings by the rest of the Honda team to sew up the manufacturer's championship for the big red machine. All in all, not a bad day. And when a victory this big comes at the end of a racing season this successful, there's really only one thing you can say about it. Super. 20
