VOLUME 57 ISSUE 26 JUNE 30, 2020 P17 KTM's 2021 four- stroke motocross (SX-F) and cross- country models (XC) come with smartphone connectivity capabilities. Other changes to the four-strokes include new mapping (450 only), a new connecting rod with new bushings (450), new hour-meter casting (450), new base suspension settings, and new low-friction linkage bearings. All of the bikes, four- stroke and two-stroke, are fitted with Dunlop Geomax MX33 tires. The two-stroke motocrossers (KTM's SXs and Husqvarna's TCs) received most of the same suspension and chassis changes as the four-strokes. Two-stroke- specific changes include new throttle assemblies and the 125s getting new pistons. CN First Look: 2020 KTM and Husqvarna Electric Motorcycles K TM and Husqvarna introduced its 2021range of electric motorcycles, in- cluding new KTM- and Husqvarna-brand- ed Stacyc e-powered balance bikes. Starting with KTM, it now offers four e-powered motorcycles: Freeride E-XC, SX-EF, and two new eDrive bikes, the 12eDrive and 16eDrive. The Freeride E-XC returns for 2021 with a new Formula brake system that KTM says im- proves performance, feel and brake-pad wear. KTM's 2021 Freeride E-XC returns with improved brakes.
