persevered and Hoyt had to settle for
second in both motos and second place
pay. Riding a Suzuki for D.F. Cycle,
Ron Utaski finished II -II for third.
Matt Zigler finished first in the
number one moto of the 125cc Pro
race. Ricky Arnold rode his Kawasaki
in second with Danny Dicky placing
third.
Consistency was not the game of the
125cc Pros and the positions juggled in
the second round like musical chairs.
Zigler, who won the first race dropped
to third in the second contest. Ricky
Arnold who had finished second,
dropped to fourth; Danny Dickey, who
had finished third in the first race
moved up to second; while Rick
Atkins, who placed fourth in the first
moto, went home first in the second
race. Overall that gave Zigler the top
money, Atkins second place bread,
and Dickey third for the day.
