overall, bucks for the day. Bruce
McDougal finished founh overall.
Open Pro Joe D. Price went for the
big win in his first race as Dale Lewis
ran his T.N.T. Maico home second
with Alan Olson fmishing third.
Price made a good run on the
second moto until the 10th lap when
bike problems caused him to bailout
of the race. Dale Lewis had led the
Open Pros through most of the second
moto and finished first, completing
the day first overall. Alan Olson
finished second taking that place for
the day with third overall going to
Fred Hoblit.
Ron Turner came back to take two
more wins in the 250cc Pro race. Ron
ran out front all the way in both motos
on his Luft Shocks sponsored Yamaha
for a no contest 250cc' Pro overall
victory. David Taylor brought his
LOP Racing Yamaha home second in
the first moto with Husky ridin Tony
DiStefano rolling in third. DiStefano
turned the tables on Taylor in the
second moto, however, and finished
second for the overall second place
while Taylor completed the day third
overall.
