The team stuck to their prerace strategy and finished the grueling 6-Hours with 5 gas stops, no tire changes and zero problems. After leading for nearly an hour between the 2-1/2 and 3-1/2 hour mark, and after 6 hours and 480 miles of redline racing, our 1013cc motor is as strong and crisp as it was at the start. It needed no oil and it still doesn't smoke. No problems, no rattles, no wear and no lost horsepower. Third overall out of 104 starters. Not too bad, guys. R.C.
