Kehoe, Holland sweep' World Mini Grand Prix' By Carol Cam pbell ORANGE, CA , APRIL 5· 6· 7· 8 The 8th Annual Yamaha World Mini Grand Prix started off with a bang at Saddleback Park, when Bob "H u rricane" Hannah stopped by for a question and answer session on the first day of the four day event. It was no ne other than Eri k " E art h q u a ke" K e hoe (Y am ) an d e George Holland III (Suz) com plerely dominating the 12 + Expert classes in ea ch of th eir divisi ons . As the gate dropped on Divis ion I of the. 12 + Stock Experts . it was Geo rge Ho lland gelling out of th e hole first with Mark Tomaselli (Suz) running in th e seco nd place sp ot a nd T odd Bray (Suz) holding Onto a so lid th ird. H olland fin ish ed with a I -I , Tom aselli a 2-2 and Bray a 3·3. thus assuring them a po siti on in th e run offs. Division II found Erik Kehoe (Yam) with the lead ove r T ed Brady (Suz). Mark Mer edith (Suz). Sam St orer (Kaw) and Chris Morey (Suz). Ther e was just no ca tc hi ng Kehoe. The bailie for third took place wh en Meredith bi t th e du st , leaving th e door wid e o pe n for Storer and Morey. It was Morey making his move on Storer a nd slip ping into the third place slot. Keh oe fini shed with a I -I , Brady a 2·2 and Morey a 3 4 for third .
