Rob ert son as he rode to back to ba ck
wins in the O pen Pr o class _and t he
overall win in the 250cc Pro class . T he
first moro of th e 25 0cc clas s saw th e
win goi ng to Ma ico rider Danny
" Magoo" Chandl er with second goi ng
to Robertson and th ir d goi ng to
Ya m aha rider Do nn ie H an se n
(Shoe ma ker 's Cycle).
In the second mot o the ro les were

Rainey brou ght ou t his 250 cc a nd not
h is big boomer . reducing th e odds
somew hat.
In th e first ro u nd it was Sperry and
Minnig 1·2 bu t Irwin Mo on and Pa t ,
Dob bins were making a race of it. On
th e nex t -to- last lap Pat went to th e
insid e goin g down th e hill and za pped
Irwin bu t th e two of them made it to"
