Storer held onto second until Collins saw his chance to get by on the downhill. Ted Brady, who had been back in fifth , m ade his move in the back section a nd flew by Morey a nd Storer , putting him into third. Now he was look ing for Co llins . Handlebar to handlebar, Collins and Brady went through t he S·turns. Collins lost control and went down in a sea of mud , putt ing Brady int o seco nd a nd . I then Morey poured on th e steam a nd was able to ge t by Storer. As th e check ered flag dropped it was -Burnworth fin ish ing first , Brady second , Morey th ir d a nd Storer fourth . In the second moto , it was Bu rnworth again with t he lead , followed by Ted Br ad y, Eric Coll ins and ' Sa m Storer . Bu rn wort h fin ished with a 1· 1 for first overall, Brady's 2·2 gave him a second and Stor er fini shed with a 4 ·4 for third overall. Results in Resu lts Section. CA ,JAN . 21 It was a night full of ups and downs at Elsinore Racewa y's TT scrambles, as the rain-drenched track developed some ruts. Many riders had a h ard time staying on th eir own two wheels and the ambulance was gone almost more than it was at Ithe track . Rod Sexton was b ack at Elsinore and recaptured his crown.
