Again the name Dircks po ps up in the 125 and 250 Experts. This time it 's b rother Gary. First m oto and off the line comes Steve Yarbrough (Yam). La p after lap Steve hung on with Blose in sec ond. Dircks in third. Pa t Imbrial e in third a nd brother John in fourth. With the pressure mounting Yar brough laid it down and let Dircks. Blose. and the Im briales th ro ug h. Pat Irnbriale fell on the next lap. T wo laps to go and Blose laid it down in the tight esses, leaving Dircks a clean shot at (he first with John Imbriale in secon d . T he second moto was again a stru ggle for Chappy Blose and Gary Dircks with Dircks taking the 125cc overall. Arizona promoters are now working together on an alternating basis.
