= In t he second moto, H alc om b was again way out front with -Lesniewski chasing him . Hilton a nd Junkert were dicing and swapping for fou rth when all of a sudden Kipp Class en (KTM) wen t right by both of th em . After Dana Waxham (Su z), an Expert of only six months tenure , got out front in the first 125 m ota he stayed there . The next four riders were all close and switching positions: "[J.1ose riders were J u n k e rt , D o nn ie Cantalou pi (FMF) J eff Watts (Hus) and Lesniewski, now on a Husky. Ca nta lou p i finally got ahead of the ot hers and took off after Waxham . J unkert . almost d um ped it , setting himself back. Watts was running third when he crashed . By th e end of the r ace C an t a loup i was r ight on !W axh am 's tail, Lesniewski got third and Junkert was fourth . In the second mota , Waxham again got the lead, but this tim e Cantalou pi didn't waste any time taking it awa y from him . Lesn iewski had crashed a nd . was trying to work up .t Waxham lost another posi tion to Russ Morga n (Ya m ).
