One of our reporters was in that po pu lar Carson-Dominguiz area and had a chat with a very friendly Smokey. The situation is this: yo u're not supposed to ride there and the rust time there is a heavy complaint from the property owners the area will be fenced. What it hinges on , Smokey says , is that we be responsible bikers. Some of us haven 't. Fires have b een set by one of the build ings, bikes parked all over what was once green grass verg es and oil dumped.
