The water got his bike too and second place was taken over by the very fast AI Baker. In Trail Expert action it was Harley mounted Larry Rossler out in front of some dy-no-mite action. Most of the racing centered around the second and third positions as Chris Weber (Hod) and Charlie Hammill, Jr. (Pen) went at it wheel to wheel for five laps. Somehow they managed to change positions nine times on Just the first lap. When the dust finally cleared it was Chris Weber in second and Charlie Hammill settling for third. 250 Amateur/Expert action started out with a bang as Cordis Brooks (Bul) jumped out in front for the lead, with Bryan Becker in hot pursuit.
