In preparation for a world title round bid in 1976 the Brazilian Federation will hold a th ree day mee tin g in October (exact date to be set) at th e Gioian a Circuit near Brasilia in central Brazil. The event will pay app roxi mately $50,000 in p urse m on ies with a first prize of over $9,00 0. The tentative program for the 350cc "celebrity event" will be three 36 mile legs run on each of three da ys using a points per leg scoring system to determine an overall winner. Kenny Roberts, Gene Romero, John Cecotto, Walter Villa , Ken t Andersson and other world class riders are said to already have signed contracts. Gary Fischer has been doing development work on the H arley ·Davidson 2505 for the Milwaukee factory .
