The oldest rider to win a Trophy Dash or A l\lai n was fifteen years old. Tom !\IcCullough (Yam ) won the 100 Trophy Dash and A Main, In the 12 5 A !\lai n Chet Ca mpbell (Pen) grab be d the lead and held it all the w ay . I\like Lupoid a n d Steve Pestoni knifed through the pack but Pest oni b roke a nd Lupoid ran o u t o f time. The heartbreak of the night had to be fo r Cliff Richardson wh o has had troubles sorting out his T rack master Yamaha. He a lmo st got it all together, with a determined bid to move a ro u nd a bunch of riders into second spo t in the 250 A mateur Main.
