Going in t o the second round Dan Turner was aga in out in front , but again right on his rear fender was Jim. Jim wanted th e win very badly. Both Turners quickl y moved away from the rest of the field and proceeded to put on one heck of a good race for the lead. In several turns J im tried to sneak his front wheel in but Danny was right there to shut him out. Today wasn't Jim's day, however, as he had to settle for second Overall behind Dan. Dan Roberts rode a cool ra ce on his Sonny Kenyon backed Bultaco to take third Overall. Dan Turner was a busy boy today as he also pi cked up th e win in the 250 Expert class.
