NOT ell ANGELS just motorcyellsts VALENCIA, CAL., OCT. 12 There are always a lot of great races turned in by the Seniors at the Friday night Iridian Dunes motocross. The Seniors are the real hot-shoes in the business. They provide the most racing thrills and get the majority of news coverage. Rightly so, but just this once lets talk about an upcoming Junior in the 125 class. Craig Egerman (Hon) just missed his third straight grand slam this Friday night because of a bad start, but also because of great efforts by Louis Lindwall (Hon) and Brett Rooke (Hon) in the third moto. You had to be there to appreciate it. Craig 'Was back in second place within two laps and really c1awin2 at Lindwall at the wire. The Dunes usually provides a lot of good racing served up in a variety of. weather. Friday night was no exception. It was cool and the racing was hot. There are only two mil" of these AME-sponsoredJ'ight lime affairs. After the final, Friday night October 26, the AME will" move this affair to Saturdays for some daylight motos. •
