heats that will take the fastest 80 men
to the heats where the big bucks lay.
Over 200 en tries are expected and
the likes of Jim Rice on his Bultaco
Astro, Mark Brelsford on an H-D Sprint

Sacramen to has inked in a pro Half-mile
for a $1200 purse that will attract the
likes of the National poin t leader Mark
Brelsford and brother Scott. Scott will
most likely be nominated as Junior
National rider of the year as Mark was
ih 1968 and the two team Harley riders
are favorites for this very fast clay track
that is looking forward to a National
championship. for 1973.
Capitol Speedway is located two
miles West of Sacramento on 1-80 at the
West Capitol Ave. exit off the Freeway
coming north from San Francisco and,
if you're like Ken Roberts who will be
coming up from Modesto on 1-5, take
1-80 West from Sacramento to the West
Capitol off ramp. Roberts is pumped for
these two even ts aild has vowed not to
have any mechanical failures this time.
One of the feature attractions for
this Sunday activi ty will be the N ovke

between John Gennai's A & A Yamaha,
the team of Mike Renslow and Rick
Hocking on Cbampion Yamahas and the
