All riders and their passengers are to meet at Pacific Coast Honda, 2073 Pacific Coast Highway in Lomita, between 7:30 and 8 a.m. on Sunday. Free coffee and donuts are available. The group will leave Lomita at 8 and travel south to Indio. A service truck will accompany the riders, and a mechanic will be available to handle any minor problems. Rest stops are schednled. "Pacific Coast Tours are arranged for the weekend rider and the wives and friends of motorcyclists who are not accustomed to long, arduous rides", said Tom Cosgrove of Pacfic Coast Honda. "Once a month we ride to an interesting place, and all makes of motorcycles are welcome. We only ask that small machines not try to keep up with the group. Anything less than a 350cc Honda is considered a small bike. Riders are welcome to join us along the route, or even to leave the group along the way. We strive for fun and relaxation, not a militant formation. The only trophy a rider can get is a sore fanny or a bug ill the eye", according to Cosgrove. Now available for 2-cycle wet clutch application, HRL's new "Clutch Lube" is formulated to give positive, smooth clu tch operation, prevent grabbing, stabilize clutch operation, minimize adjustments and eljminate gear drag. HRL Clutch Lube added to the transmission soon impregnates all moving parts. It enhances the characteristics of the transmission oil, reduces friction and lowers the gear box temperature, the makers claim. Molybdenum Sulfide in Clutch Lube acts to stablize the coefficient of friction, thereby stabilizing the clutch operation. Tested and proven ·in racing throughout 1970, HRL Clutch Lube prevents premature clutch engagement, provides smoother "off the line" starts and is said to eliminate the need for constantly adjusting the clutch. Available at motorcycle dealers, HRL Clutch Lube comes in a 50cc container for convenient, one-shot application. The Sagebrushe.. MoC. with their gold.
