These questions, and more, will be answered when friends of racing and Clyde Litch gather at Ascot Park on New Year's day to answer a call for a friend in need and a friend indeed. Other groups within the cycle ranks are holding get-togethers with various sportsmen events but Clyde'scall1nghas always been on the professional race tracks In half mile and TT races . The plan calls for all of the admission fees to go to Clyde. The riders will com pete for a guaranteed purse and can keep what they win . AMA offic1als are working this one free of charge. The announcing Is gratis, the ads in the paper are also free . The AMA in Ohio says that all riders must hav e their new 1969 license to race .
