Friday's Main Event found Shorty dogging sammy Tanner for eight laps before taking over the lead and going on for the wi n. Mel L.icbe. got by Tanner on lap 13 for second. Dan Haaby grabbed third on tbe last lap. and Tanner wound UP fourtb, abead of Jim Nicbolson. SeasaU•• iIJ Troplly Dull By far the closest finish in Trophy [)asb mstory took place the same evening. BlacJtie Bluce dropped out early in the three-Iapper. but Seabourne, Tanner and Lacher put on a three-way go that will long be remembered.
