Jerry 1l0beTtson and family, on vacatiQn from Shelton, Washington, read about the event in CYCLE NEWS and camped at the track saturday night so that he could run his Bultaco Sunday. TDm said hat he's been riding Ascot and falling down, but looked very good here, moving through the paek with ease. Keith Mashburn, on a :Bultaco Lobito, followed Tom to the wire with vigor. In the second heat it was a different story as Rusty Burkert did the job on T. Warren and .J. Northern. Rusty Burkert's dad does his tuning and has had a lot of help from Crowell's Cycles. The Semi went to J. Northern, who put in a good evening of riding. Of interest to everyone Who remember a hardcharger, Cris Smith was at trackside still recuperating fr.am a broken leg.
