In the first heat it was Tom !'lockWOf'd, an a Kawasaki that !lies. TDm
said hat he's been riding Ascot and
falling down, but looked very good
here, moving through the paek with
ease. Keith Mashburn, on a :Bultaco
Lobito, followed Tom to the wire
with vigor. In the second heat it was
a different story as Rusty Burkert
did the job on T. Warren and .J.
Northern. Rusty Burkert's dad does
his tuning and has had a lot of help
from Crowell's Cycles. The Semi went
to J. Northern, who put in a good
evening of riding. Of interest to
everyone Who remember a hardcharger, Cris Smith was at trackside
still recuperating fr.am a broken leg.
Cris is hapJlY to be able to move
about more now.
