Witkowski got a good start and
appeared as though he would
repeat his round-one win in the
XC2 class but just couldn't keep
way into the race.
"I just paced myself behind
Liam and Mike the first two to
three laps, then I started feeling
good and got around Mike when
he gassed," said Girroir. "I knew
I had to pull a lead because I was
gassing next lap, so I just tried to

it helps that this is our second
year on the bike."
