GRAND NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS INTERNATIONAL MOTOCROSS FINALS, PRESENTED BY FMF
mini (14-16) and Supermini (1216). The Factory Connection rider took home two second-place
trophies.
Chase Sexton put in some
good results for Yamaha during
the week. Sexton took a third
in the Supermini (12-16) class,
second in the 85/150cc (1213) Stock division, and 3rd in
85/150cc (12-13) Mod class.
Mitchell
Falk
took
the
85/150cc (12-13) Stock title. The
Orange Brigade rider won five
out of six motos in all, and two
titles (the second coming in the
85/150cc (7-16) Open class. Unfortunately, a bad start in moto
two of the 85/150cc (12-13) Mod
class might have cost him the
title in that class, which ended up
going to Sean Cantrell after going (3-1). The Team Green rider,
Cantrell, also brought home two
fourth places in the 85/150cc
(12-13) Stock and Supermini 85150cc (12-16).
In the 50cc classes, Jett Reynolds made more than a statement
in the ultra small-bore division.
The Cobra rider took home three
championships in 50cc (4-9)
Open, 50cc (7-8) Stock and
50cc (7-8) Mod.
Tommy LeClere IV took second
in the 50cc (7-8) Stock and Mod
class. The Texan battled with Ryder DiFrancesco in the 50cc (78) Stock class. DiFrancesco had
the lucky number three all week,
Minnesota's Henry Miller came away
with the 450 Intermediate Modified
Championship.
finishing third in all three classes
including 50cc (7-8) Mod and
50cc (4-9) Open.
Other notable championship
winners, included Zach BishopBurnett (450cc Four-Stroke NonPro), Luke Purther (85-150cc 1416 Mod), Max Markolf (85-150cc
14-15 Stock), Kennedy Lutz
(Girls 65-150cc Thru-13), Parker
Mashburn (85-150cc 7-11 Mod)
and Jalek Swoll (85-150cc 7-11
Stock).
