VOLUME 56 ISSUE 36 SEPTEMBER 10, 2019 P57 Y amaha revealed its 2020 WR250F, and it gets boatloads of changes for the new model year. Yamaha says the new WR250F has more power across the board and at higher rpm, and a stronger clutch with a lighter pull. The frame is right out of the 2020 Yamaha YZ250F motocrosser but with differ- ent front engine mounts to provide just the right "amount of flex needed for enduro riding." It has new plastic, a larger 2.2-gallon fuel tank, a lower seat height, and four-way adjust- able handlebars. Suspension also comes right out of the YZ250F but with settings better suited for off- road riding. The 2020 Yamaha WR250F will be in show- room floors in October. MSRP has been raised $500 to $8599.
