LEWIS RETURNS
TO M4 ECSTAR
SUZUKI

eam Hammer has confirmed that it will again
field 23-year-old Jake Lewis aboard an M4
Ecstar Suzuki GSX-R1000 in the MotoAmerica
Superbike class for the upcoming 2019 Mo-
toAmerica AMA/FIM North American Road
Racing season.
Lewis was 2012 SuperSport East Champion,
2013 Daytona SportBike Rookie of the Year,
2014 Daytona SportBike Championship runner-
up, 2015 MotoAmerica Superbike Rookie of
the Year, and 2017 MotoAmerica Superstock
Championship runner-up.
This year will mark Lewis' fourth consecutive
season with M4 Ecstar Suzuki.

amaha announce its 2019 bLU cRU Off-Road Racing Contin-
gency Program, which features an increase to nearly $5 million
for Yamaha bLU cRU riders competing in off-road motorcycle racing.
In addition to coverage of the AMA Supercross and Pro Mo-
tocross, national and regional amateur MX and off-road events,
Yamaha has expanded its support of the GNCC series, with
$467,350 available, almost five times as much as offered in 2018.
In addition to the professional championships, Yamaha con-
tinues to support the sport's future stars at various national and
regional amateur motocross races across the U.S., as well as the
newly created Supercross Futures series.
