PEICK COMING HOME
W
estin Peick, who was injured two weeks ago at the
Paris Supercross, is expected to fly home Tues-
day, December 4.
Peick posted on Instagram: Well this has been
one hell of [an] injury I can't even explain how much
suffering has gone on over the past 2 weeks. I had
well over 10 fractures throughout my face 3 surger-
ies. But it's finally turning for the better. I'm walking
around slowly and getting my body moving again, I'll
be flying back home to the states Tuesday. Huge shoutout to @road2recovery
and everyone that has made donations to help support this long positive journey
to getting back on the bike. I can't thank my family and friends enough for their
prayers and positive thoughts. Big thanks to all of the people here in France that
have made my stay easier and more suitable for my family. CN
BRAYTON CROWNED KING OF GENEVA
J
ustin Brayton (Honda) was
crowned King of Geneva SX
over the November 30-December
1 weekend.
Brayton came away with the
overall win Friday night and took
second place to Justin Barcia
(Yamaha) on Saturday night, but
Brayton's 1-2 was good enough to
claim the overall victory.
Honda rider Christian Craig
had a solid night, finishing sec-
ond and third for second overall,
while Barcia went 7-1 for third.
Vince Friese (Honda) was
fourth, and the top-finishing non-
American was Frenchman Jordi
Tixier (KTM) in fifth overall.
Zach Osborne (Husqvarna)
was leading the first night but
crashed on the last lap after
tangling with a lapped rider. He
got up to finish third. On Saturday
night, Osborne went down in the
first turn and his bike was too
damaged to continue.
Cameron McAdoo was
crowned Prince of Geneva for
winning the 250 class.
The race marked the return
of Cole Seely. It was his first
race since February after getting
injured at the Tampa Supecross.
