BOLT TAKES WESS TITLE
G
reat Britain's Nathan Watson
won the Red Bull Knock Out
in Scheveningen, The Nether-
lands, November 10. The two-
hour race on the beach was also
the final round of the World En-

fellow Brit Billy Bolt (Rockstar
Energy Husqvarna) capturing the
inaugural WESS Championship.
Bolt came into the series final
holding the points lead over his
closest rival and fellow Husqvar-

in the overall WESS standings.

of Lettenbichler and take the
championship. Bolt finished out
the race in 12th, three positions
ahead of the German, Lettenbi-
chler.

enduro champion is huge—I

to sink in," Bolt said. "The race
itself was crazy. I had two huge

all the other competitors—there
were bikes everywhere. Also,

came in on the start straight, re-
ducing it to half its width. I knew
I needed to stay out of trouble as
much as possible. And despite
two crashes of my own making, I
pretty much did that. Overall, it's
