"I was really mad after my first moto. I made a bad decision on my fork, was definitely too soft. So it's not why I got a bad start, but I think I can do better on first moto with a better fork, but we improved with my team. Sec- ond moto I was just riding at my own rhythm, so it was good. I saw that I was passing the guys and coming out front. Unfortunately, the guy crashed in front of me. I would like to have a good battle with the guy, but it's racing." Forkner scored his first moto win of the year, over Martin, with Pless- inger seven seconds behind him in third, and Plessinger's teammate Ferrandis coming home fourth after starting outside the top 10. Behind Ferrandis came Sexton, McElrath, Hampshire, Colt Nich- ols and the rest of the field.
