GPR V4D STEERING
STABILIZER FOR
THE HONDA AFRICA TWIN

T
he Honda Africa Twin does not include a steering
stabilizer stock and although the bike does not feel
unstable, a stabilizer adds a bit of safety and com-
fort. This is especially important when riding a 530-plus-
pound motorcycle off-road, often in remote areas. The
GPR V4D stabilizer has an added benefit of moving the
bars nearly half an inch forward compared to the stock
clamps, which sweep back. We noted that the Honda felt
a little cramped in our comparison test with the KTM 1090
Adventure R and this opened the cockpit nicely (You can
