Just in time for Sturgis, Harley has the new all-weather Rutland jacket in both men's
(pictured) and women's sizes. It has Harley's Triple Vent System (TVS), a patented
design that incorporates three strategically placed vents on each side of the body for
versatile and customizable airflow. The textile Rutland is waterproof and includes an
interior zipper storm flap. The interior zippered pocket has a convenient media port,
and there are armor-ready pockets at the elbows, shoulders and back.
