VOL. 55 ISSUE 22 JUNE 5, 2018 P51
KTM is returning for 2019 with a full fleet of two-stroke
motocross bikes. Once again, you'll have your choice among
the SX 125, 150 and 250, including the smaller SX 50 Mini,
50, 65 and 85 models for the kids.
All of the full-size bikes get all-new frames straight from the
current four-stroke Factory Edition model.
The 125 also gets a new cylinder, a Pankl-built transmission
and reworked carburetor, airbox and exhaust systems.
Exclusive to the 150 is an updated kick-starter assembly,
and a newly designed compact DS clutch that reduces the
width of the engine by a few millimeters. It also features a new
exhaust pipe and muffler.
To go along with its new chassis, the SX 250 gets a newly
machined exhaust port, updated carburetor settings with a
new airbox, and a revised exhaust system.
