Honda announced a brand-new model to its dual
sport line—the CRF450L, designed to go head-to-
head with many of the top-of-the-line on/off-road
bikes from Europe, such as the EXC line from
KTM, and the FE line from Husqvarna.
The L is closely based on the new CRF450R
motocrosser but fitted with all of the necessities
to make it 100-percent street-legal in all 50 states.
It boasts things like LED lighting, a two-gallon
tank and a six-speed wide-ratio transmission. It
comes fitted with IRC tires and plenty of plastic for
protection and noise reduction.
MSRP is $10,399 and will arrive in dealerships
in September.
