henever a new racing series begins, it's understood that
anything can happen, and when moving from supercross
to outdoors, there are often "growing pains," if you will, as
teams and riders try to finalize their outdoor settings after spending
most of the previous 9 months or so on supercross tracks. But if the
defending series champions come into the outdoors healthy, they're
the logical favorite, especially if those defending champions had their
most dominant day of the entire 2017 series at Hangtown last year.
