For the second week in a row
and the fifth time this season,
Blake Baggett (Rocky Mountain
ATV-MC/WPS KTM) finished out
the night on the podium in third.
He's proving to be a top con-
tender in SX now, but he admit-
ted that he needs to find a little
more speed to be a consistent
threat for wins. "I wasn't quite on
the pace with these other two
guys," Baggett said. "They were
going just a little quicker than me
each lap." He and Justin Brayton
(Smartop/Bullfrog Honda) went
into the night tied for fourth in
the championship; Baggett's
third and Brayton's uncharacter-
istic 12th sealed the bronze for
Baggett.
Brayton simply said that he
didn't have the speed on this
night but was happy to finish out
the season in the top five.
