P118 PRODUCT REVIEW I LIST PRICE: $549 WWW.SENA.COM SENA MOMENTUM INC BY RENNIE SCAYSBROOK B luetooth communication giant Sena has finally released its first fully integrated Bluetooth helmet with their noise-cancellation feature as standard. Part of the Momentum line that includes the original Momentum and the Momentum Lite, the new Sena Momentum INC takes one of the firm's 20S Bluetooth 4.1 communica- tion devices that allows you to chat with up to eight riders at a time over a one-mile distance. Like the Momentum and Momen- tum Lite, the Momentum INC's Blue- tooth system is integrated into the design so there are no parts you must bolt to your helmet. The helmet itself is constructed us- ing a DOT-approved fiberglass shell with a multi-density EPS liner. The shape is intermediate oval; alternate padding is available. Where the INC differs from the other two Momentum helmets is the addition of noise cancellation and an ambient noise feature, both activated by switches on the helmet. •Noise canceling works great •With INC on, sound quality is brilliant •The whole system is easy to use via the buttons on the left and right of the helmet •Not the best-looking helmet •Shape is a bit too round, making it uncomfortable (for me) after an hour •Few color options (only in white or black)
