fore the finish, a guy just stops
in front of me and it stopped me
and Thad was able to capitalize
on it. I tried to run him down in
the last few turns but there was
nothing I could do."
Finishing third was JCR Hon-
da's Trevor Bollinger, who landed
on the podium for the first time
ever in the XC1 class.
"We got off to a decent start
and I made my way into third
pretty quick, but Kailub and
Thad were already gone," said
Bollinger. "I tried to reel those
guys in for a lap or two and then
I realized it was going to be hard
to do, so I just rode my own race
from there on out."
Ben Kelley made it three wins
in a row in the XC2 250 Pro
