After that, he buckled down and held steady in third, just holding off the resurgent Chaparral Motorsports/Preci- sion Concepts Kawasaki duo of Blayne Thompson and Justin Seeds, Thompson just two sec- onds shy of Stewart at the finish. By becoming the first repeat winner of the season, the Bell takes the series points lead for the first time this season, his total now at 90 while runner-up Shirey's total now stands at 86 with Stewart on 85. A crash sent previous points leader Eric Yorba (FMF/Maxxis/RPM Racing KTM) to the hospital with a shoulder injury and no points, the same for Kailub Russell (FMF KTM Factory Off-Road Racing Team) who elected to stay on the East Coast where he finished a close second at the Steele Creek GNCC. Justin Jones (Monster En- ergy/Lava Propane Honda) lost fifth to Seeds on the final lap to finish sixth overall while Clay Hengeveld (Chaparral Motors- ports/Precision Concepts Kawa- saki) earned seventh overall and the WCGP Pro II victory (his third of the season) after coming from the second row. Beta's Mason Ottersberg, Nick Burson (Purvines Racing Yamaha), who had to replace the rear-brake system and was 51st on the first lap, and Vet Expert winner Brad Goolsby rounded out the top 10 overall. Trevor Hunter (Maxxis Ya- (L to R) Third-place Tarah Geiger, winner Brandy Richards and runner-up Kacy Coy hoist their trophies on the WCGP Women's Pro podium.
