CHAMPIONSHIP
VOL. 55 ISSUE 12 MARCH 27, 2018 P53
At Indy, though, Musquin stepped up
and put together a main event that not even
Tomac could match, despite starting right
behind the KTM pilot. And, in fact, Tomac
went down while trying to match Musquin's
pace, which left the Frenchman miles ahead
of second place and resulted in an incred-
ible victory margin of nearly 30 seconds.

n the past, it was assumed that Marvin
Musquin (Red Bull KTM) would shine on
tricky, rutted tracks like the one the field

Indiana's Lucas Oil Stadium, but recently it's
been Eli Tomac (Monster Energy Kawasaki)
who has put the most hurt on the field at
events of this type.
