injection problems on the final
lap, dropping to 19th behind
Luthi (who was less than a
second out of the points),
Nakagami and Smith.
Cal Crutchlow (35) was
more than ready for the
start of the championship;
he just missed out
finishing out the night on
the podium.
Dovizioso was thrilled to start
of the season with a win.
