tin Brayton (Motoconcepts/SmarTop
Honda), moved forward from about
eighth on the first lap to end up fourth
in the main event, with Stewart's
teammate Weston Peick ending up
fifth. Just behind Peick came Blake
Baggett (Rocky Mountain ATV/MC
KTM), who started well outside the
Stewart (AutoTrader/JGR Suzuki).
After the first lap of the 450SX main
event, Tomac had nearly two seconds
on Anderson in second, and he just
increased it from there, eventually
winning by over 20 seconds over the
points leader Anderson.
Anderson rode the entire race in
second place, as did Musquin behind
Marvin Musquin got
on the podium but he
needs more than that
to catch Anderson
in the race for the
championship.
