Blose pulled off his second consecutive runner-up finish on his Rockford Fosgate/Honda. He qualified first, won his heat and went 2-3 in the mains. He remains third in points. "I want the win, but at the same time everyone is racing really well," said Blose. "There is no breathing room and I was pushing the whole time in both main events." Hayes, coming off a win last weekend, wasn't happy with his third-place effort. Hayes had fits with the starts all night, qualifying third, finishing third in his heat and going 4-2 in the finals. "We had a disappointing weekend," said Hayes. "I had a bad start in the heat race which set the tone for the night. The start was really short and the track was really one lined. I'm frustrated because I've had a good run and tonight was a struggle." In the AX Lites East-class race, Teasdale won, ahead of points leader Heath Harrison. Carter Halpain finished third. It was the final Lites East race before the championship final, which will be held at The Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, May 4-6. Teasdale qualified second on his Kawasaki and held off Har- rison's Honda for the victory. The two have battled all season. "I got a good start, focused on myself and it turned out great," said Teasdale. "We have been going at it all season, so to get ahead of him is nice." Harrison leads Teasdale by four points going into the finale. "He and I are in the champion- ship battle so it was smart for me not to push and pass him when it wasn't necessary," said Harri- son. "We're going into the break with some momentum. It will all be settled up in Vegas." Harlen Foley 250AX 1. Gavin Faith (Kaw) 1-1 2. Chris Blose (Hon) 2-3 3. Jacob Hayes (Kaw) 4-2 4.
