OFF ROAD FIM SUPERENDURO WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS ROUND 3 / FEBRUARY 17, 2018 PALACIO DEPORTES CARPENA / MALAGA, SPAIN P76 F MF KTM Factory Racing's Cody Webb pulled off his second overall victory in the FIM SuperEnduro World Championship during a night of wild and frantic racing. With- standing a dramatic first-corner crash in the final heat, he dug deep to secure the top step of the podium and maintain his overall lead in the series with two rounds remaining. "It was just a crazy race," told Webb following his podium cel- ebrations. "I was mentally beat up from that crash in the final race. I had a hole in my radiator and was fighting to stay in the game. Thankfully I managed to just do enough to win overall and that feels so good." Involved in the same crash in the final heat of the night, Rock- star Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing's Colton Haaker didn't fare so well in Malaga. Despite fighting back to fifth and plac- ing second in race two, it was a costly mistake in race one that ultimately saw him end his night fifth overall. "Tonight's been a rough night," Haaker said. "Sometimes riding well just isn't enough, and that's how it was for me tonight.
