fending champion and last year's Vegas winner Gary Sutherlin. Italian racer Giacomo Redondi and Dante Oliveira completed the top five. In Pro 2, Cooper Abbott took the victory, while Canadian racer Spencer Wilton won Pro 2 Lites. The circuit was redesigned from last year's event and fea- tured some additional sections that allowed for more passing opportunities. The track was comprised of pavement sec- tions with a lot of switchback turns. Plus, there were several tire sections, as well as logs, and inside the arena there were several double and triple jumps. Combined, the track made for a great mixture of terrain typical of WORCS competition. "This is a cool event," Robert said. "The WORCS series is doing a good job mixing up the tracks. It shows that you have to be a well-rounded rider, not just good at one discipline."
