CN III VOICES W H A T Y O U A R E S A Y I N G "I think it sucks. Not enough time for the cream to rise to the top." Triple Crown SX: Love It Or Leave It? Three mains and I get to see all the best for three races. Brilliant! Keep it coming. Abso- lutely brilliant, huge fan. John McArthur Leave this format for the Monster Cup. Too much down time, and the privateers didn't get enough race time. I'd rather watch guys battle for a spot in the main instead of practice for one. Sean Isaacks I loved it, very simple and it all counts, as opposed to a semi or heat race. The track wasn't the best to debut this format on, and the commercials were long enough for the ad crowd to wander off. Even out the length of the motos to 12 min- utes each for the 250s, and 15 minutes each for the 450s. By all means keep the simple Olympic scoring. Layne Smith Not a fan, too much down time between short sprint races. It isn't about the racing, it is all about the holeshot. @chickeringchris I liked it! Got to see battles that we would not have developed. It was great! @frank_koufax I think the format could work, but the biggest problem with the racing was the bad track design—just one line and they played follow the leader. The top guys got bad starts and they couldn't make passes quick enough to even get close to the front; that made for boring racing and made the format look worse than it was. And, too much down time didn't help. Mia Rossi Stoked to see something different, I, however, would prefer having LCQs as part of the night show with a two-moto format per class. Ty Erquiaga Three motos is fine if they are 20 minutes each. Eight-minute motos are ridiculous for cham- pionship points. Might as well have 18 motos and just drag race to the first turn. Brent Needham Love it! But I also love doing the math along with the pre- dicting and speculating until everyone crosses the line of the third moto. @allenwlucas Too much downtime. Be better as two 15-minute mains. @colvin227 Lots of racing for the racers but a lot more risk for the same result. It's up to the riders. Three mains, three starts [more chances of them] getting injured and [knocked] out of the season. Let them decide. Glenn Scott More downtime and commer- cials than NFL and NASCAR combined. Go back to the original format. Wes Weidman It keeps you in your seat! Ev- ery second matters. Brian Hudnell I think it sucks. Not enough time for the cream to rise to the top. Derek Koch I think it worked. It brought the whole field back into the race. Tim Locey Too much talking, not enough racing. David Peterson Loved it. This is the way it should be every round. @pw377 Letters to the editor can be sent to voices@cyclenews.com. Published letters do not necessarily reflect the position of Cycle News.
